Blacklidge Emulsions, Inc. owns one Asphalt Emulsions Plant in Gulfport, Mississippi capable of producing over 100,000 gallons of various asphalt and other Specialty Emulsions per day. A second plant is under construction in Tampa, Florida which will open in September of 1996.
