Blacklidge Emulsions, Inc. owns one Asphalt Emulsions Plant in Gulfport, Mississippi capable of producing over 100,000 gallons of various asphalt and other Specialty Emulsions per day. A second plant is under construction in Tampa, Florida which will open in September of 1996.

Blacklidge Emulsions can also produce any type ashpalt or Specialty Emulsion designed to meet most any industry needs. Blacklidge Emulsions is a McConnaughy Technologies licensee which specializes in Technical Design, Formulation, and Quality Control Testing for the Emulsions Industry.
