Blacklidge Emulsions Plants

Blacklidge Emulsions, Inc. has plants located in Gulfport, Mississippi, Pensacola, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale Florida, Greensboro North Carolina, and Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We are servicing the South Florida, Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Central and South America from our Fort Lauderdale Terminal. Blacklidge Emulsions, Inc. has portable Crumb Rubber plants capable of reaching anywhere. Plant production is 12,000 gallons/hour and produces rubber-modified asphalt 5, 12 & 20%.

We have also recently acquired a portable pug mill capable of making cold mix asphalt and lime coated aggregate throughout the southeast.
